Whether you are looking to teach or to deepen your knowledge of yoga, this Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training will give you the confidence and skills to carve your own yoga path. Under the guidance of Amy and Mike Dannheim, this 200 hour course covers powerful spiritual and physical principles in a community of like-minded yogis. This comprehensive training enables you to move forward on your yoga journey with the knowledge you need both to teach and inspire others, while learning about yourself along the way. As life-long yogis and leaders in mindfulness and personal development, Mike and Amy are both on the front lines, knowing what it takes to be successful yoga teachers and leaders in life.

Join Amy + Mike along with special guest teachers for this course! We are excited to announce the legendary Ally Ford will be teaching an Ashtanga module and Justine Welter, founder of Just26 Yoga, will be leading a Bikram module - all as part of the training.

Mike Dannheim


With over 15 years of experience, Amy Dannheim has taught yoga all over the world. As the founder of Tropical Vinyasa, one of Miami’s most popular yoga studios, Amy has a wealth of experience from leading teacher trainings, retreats and sharing yoga with thousands.

Amy is a lululemon legacy Ambassador who is known for her creativity and down-to-earth, approachable teaching style. A yoga practitioner for over 20 years and a yoga teacher for 12 years, Amy's passion for the practice shines through in her classes. In addition to her vast teaching experience, Amy’s background in yoga studio ownership, management and marketing will help you find your authentic self and learn success in the business of yoga.

Amy completed her first 200 hour training at Green Monkey Yoga with her long-time mentor Paul Toliuszis and went on to study with Eoin Finn, Baron Baptiste, Kelly Starrett and more to expand her teaching skills and knowledge. Having grown up in Clearwater, Amy and her husband Mike moved back to her hometown to raise their two young kids and are now sharing yoga at their home studio, Just26 Yoga in Largo.

Mike Dannheim is a yogi, healer, surfer and technology entrepreneur who loves to playfully create deeper connections to the heart, explore the intelligence of our feelings and optimize health. With over 18 years of advanced meditation experience and 13 years of yoga, Mike is an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher and seamlessly weaves together the masterful practices he learns from all of his great teachers.

At the age of 20, Mike suffered a concussion with retrograde amnesia that left him struggling with memory recall, falling deep into depression and anxiety, his future looked bleak. But with the help of a friend he learned to meditate. Miracles happened, his memory came back, the depression lifted and he has been passionate about consciousness, mindfulness and the mind-body connection ever since.

Mike has directly studied with Eoin Finn, Satyen Raja, Francis Lucille, Dr. Jeffery Martin, Eduardo Pimentel, Nora Mangiamele, and Maarten Van Nus and loves to study the work of Krishnamurti, Dr. Stanislav Grof, Ken Wilber, Stuart Wilde, Dr. Manfred Clynes, Chade-Meng Tan, Pattabhi Jois, and Yogananda Paramahansa.
